Endress+Hauser, a global provider of process measurement and instrumentation equipment, has concluded an agreement with Westburne that makes the electrical distributor its latest Authorized Channel Partner.

“As the Canadian marketplace continues the path towards advanced manufacturing and automation, customer data and data security become more important,” said Anthony Varga, GM at Endress+Hauser based in Burlington, ON. “Thanks to the strength of our partnership with Rockwell Automation and Westburne’s expertise, we’ll be able to go to greater lengths to help modernize the Canadian manufacturing sector and enhance data accessibility and security.”

Westburne’s product portfolio will allow process automation customers to modernize their production capabilities focusing on utilizing advanced manufacturing available, combining the enhanced integration of Endress+Hauser’s measurement technology with the Rockwell Automation platform.

Customers of Westburne will also have the opportunity to enjoy a single source provider, enabling them to acquire the PlantPAx system, a modern Distributed Control System with what is said to be best-in-class field instrumentation and measurement solutions – trusted globally.

“The needs of Canadian manufacturers continue to evolve and to become more complex. This important partnership allows Westburne to further expand on the world-class services and solutions we provide to our valued customers every day; thereby helping them to grow their businesses and to compete on a global level,” said Dave Syer, VP at Westburne of Mississauga, ON.
